A: Fairly you need to pay USD200 per style for ODM sample, not include shipping fee and the estimated time is 15-20 days. The fee will return to you once the order is placed.
Q: Can sample be free?
A: Yes, for customized order, we offer physical sample for quality confirmation free of charge, and you just need to pay for express cost.
Q: How to confirm the quality of products?
A: We have responsible internal QC team to check all products before shipping, and we guarantee the bulky goods quality will be same as pre-production sample and shipment sample we presented to you. By the way, customers are welcome to come to check their goods before shipment.
Q: Should I provide measurement chart?
A: Considering the size chart of different area/country, you can provide specific size chart worked on your orders to fit your market exactly.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: No MOQ limit, as long as you choose our available styles, colors, with available quantities in stock. We also offer service to make private labels for these styles, then you could have them with your own brand/logo, ect.
